1 Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with ZYN Trade System. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.

2 Refund Eligibility
The following is a refund eligibility table based on conditions:
3 Free Trial
Free trial accounts are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
We provide a FREE package with 2 free strategies for 30 days. Use this to test the system before upgrading to a paid plan.
4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

Step 4: Processing
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days

Refund methods based on original payment method:
6 Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Subscription fees after any trade has been executed
- Signal News addon if signals have been received
- Partial month refunds (we don't prorate)
- Payment processing fees (charged by payment providers)
7 Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty:
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period
- No refund for the remaining days of current period
If you want to stop subscribing, cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next month.
8 Disputes
Always contact us first before submitting a dispute/chargeback to the payment provider.
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You will be permanently banned from the Service
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence
